Troop 2 and the Weymouth
Heights Club will be celebrating the 100th anniversary of the establishment of Troop 2 in April, 2011.
To mark
this occasion we'll be hosting a homecoming event with light refreshments, September 10th and 11th, at the Immaculate
Conception Church Hall.
All troop alumni and friends of the troop are invited
to attend this event, to catch up with old buddies, view pictures and other memorabilia from 100 years of scouting in Weymouth,
and reminisce about their time with Troop 2.
The
Troop will also participate in many other observances of this event through April 2012.
Commemorative
Unit Numeral patches have been issued to all active scouts, and can be purchased for a $10.00 donation at the Weymouth
Heights Club.
